These terms govern the services provided by Conroy Plumbing & Heating ("we", "our", "us"). By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Quotations
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Quoted prices are fixed and will not change unless the scope of work changes, in which case we will agree the revised cost with you before proceeding.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of work unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept bank transfer, cash, and card payments. For larger installations, a deposit may be required.
Guarantees
All workmanship is guaranteed. If a fault arises from work we have carried out, we will return and rectify it at no additional cost. Manufacturer warranties apply to all parts and equipment installed and are separate from our workmanship guarantee.
Cancellations
You may cancel a booking with at least 24 hours' notice without charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a reasonable cancellation fee to cover time reserved.
Access
You must provide safe and reasonable access to the work area. If access is restricted or unsafe, we may need to reschedule or decline the work.
Liability
We carry comprehensive public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the cost of the work carried out. We are not liable for pre-existing defects in your plumbing or heating system that are unrelated to our work.
Gas Safety
All gas work is carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer in accordance with current Gas Safety regulations. If we identify an unsafe gas situation, we are legally obligated to follow the Gas Safe 'At Risk' or 'Immediately Dangerous' procedure, which may require disconnecting an appliance.
